Ma'an - The Ministry of Detainees said in a statement received for Ma'an that the Department of the Negev prison held captive one of the cats in the isolation cells to punish her for providing services and assistance to prisoners undergoing punishment in solitary imprisonment, where the cat moves some light items between the cells of prisoners, including some food.
